Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in overall ongoing projects, project management and planning activities.
Follow up on submission and approval from relevant authorities.
Prepare minutes of meeting for the assigned project.
Plan and monitor project progress.
Liaise and coordinate with consultant and contractors on project status, timeline and cost.
Assist the Project Managers in terms of documentations and other administrative work such as tendering or procurement process by liaising with the correct bodies.
Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
Possess at least Diploma/ Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of related working experience.
Required skill : Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD.
Good communication, working attitude, mindful, adaptable/ flexible.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, multitask and work well with stress.
Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
Willing to transfer to Kampung Baru Subang in year end.
