Job Responsibilityo Gather and analyze client's requirements from a technical, schedule and budget
perspective to determine project requirements.
o Identify material and pre-fabrication needs and liaise with Suppliers and Sub Contractors
to obtain quotations.
o Prepare and evaluate bids / offers / quotations for the clients.
o Monitor projects progress to ensure it runs according to assigned schedule and budget
(raw material delivery, teams' coordination: calculation and design, QC and NDT
requirements, workshop pre-fabrication, installation with deployment team...)
o Participate to client / contractor meetings, and manage any potential project issue.
o Prepare weekly reports and a Project Summaries upon project completion.
o Undertake Surveys on Remote Site Locations (Onshore / Offshore), gather and prepare a Survey Report in order to produce commercial offers for supply and installation work scopes.
