Job ResponsibilityJob Requirements
o Barchelor or 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
o Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
o Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
o An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
o Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
o Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
o Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Key Responsibilities/Job Description
o Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
o Break projects into doable actions and set time frames
o Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
o Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
o Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve
o Help prepare budgets
o Analyze risks and opportunities
o Oversee project procurement management
o Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
o Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
o Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
o Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
o Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
o Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior or management
