Job Description
Job Responsibility
Able to coordinate with internal & external party to solve technical/operational issues.
Assist in value management to enhance cost optimization in compliance with the required quality.
Update pd on the progress of works periodically or in management meeting.
Ensure correspondence, calibration record and construction drawings are maintained and retained according to document control procedure.
To handle progress claims, site valuation & variation orders.
Monitor site progress and design stages in order to meet the cost, quality and timeliness.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least an advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor's degree, post graduate diploma, engineering (civil), engineering (chemical),engineering (environmental) or equivalence.
Required skill(s): database administration, MS Excel, MS Work.
Responsible, independent, good teamwork and ability to work under constant pressure.
Able to keep clear and accurate records and reports with good computer skills and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information.
Ability to organize workload and to manage a filing method and management techniques.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
