Job Responsibility

• To monitor project progress and update project status reports to team members and managers
• To assist in coordinating schedule and tasks for technical teams with resources
• To assist in communicating with Department of Environment to make proper submission for projects
• To manage and assist projects are scheduled according to plans and budget
• To attend and assist teams for technical issues pertaining to authority's approval submission, site installation and handover

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration and Management, Project management or relevant field of experience
• 1 - 2 years in experience in project coordination, scheduling
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• To able communicate with Government Authorities
