Job Responsibility

• Respond to queries either in phone, chat or ticketing system
• Provide technical assistance, training and support for incoming queries and issues related to software
• Identify software problems and issues; Testing on software version release
• Follow up with customer to ensure issues has been resolved
• Maintain good relationship with customers and ensure customer success
• Update Knowledge Based
• Any expressed or implied duties required by the company

Job Requirements

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply , candidate who have working experience will be added an advantage
• Candidate must possess a Diploma / Degree in related field
• Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone
• Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication
• Preferably mandarin speaker
