Job Responsibility- Carry out the daily programs and ensure the daycare programs run according to schedule
- Coordinate activities and encourage residents and members to participate in programs
- Part of the team to plan new activities or events to enrichen the life of the seniors
- Assist residents and daycare members with their needs during the programs and be available for them if they need someone to speak to
- Work closely with the Care Managers to report and observe behavior and issues
- Early learning/childhood or Montessori experience also welcomed
- Other activities as may be assigned
