Job ResponsibilityWarehouse Logistics Coordinator - Senior Excutive
- Coordinating and monitoring warehouse and retail shops for efficiency in both operations and capacity.
- Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
- Arranging warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
- Managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery.
- Orchestrating transportation movements.
- Data entry and keeping accurate records in a warehouse environment.
- Maintain and administer company inventory control and property management procedure.
- Develop important reports, outline/schedule and conduct stock-taking as at when due.
- Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company's logistics operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Job Requirements- Those with relevant job experience in warehouse logistics environment are preferred.
- Good in both verbal and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport and able to travel as and when required.
- Computer literate.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office related software.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Able to multi-task and work on various projects in different phases.
