Job Responsibility1. Understand and implement good manufacturing practices and food quality system requirements in production processes.
2. Support safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) initiatives and objectives to ensure employee's safety.
3. Manage production team and to ensure day to day production activities and plant operation is smooth, including shift and working schedule.
4. Ensuring machine operation parameters are in accordance with our CCP (Critical Control Points).
5. Troubleshoot machine minor and major breakdown,
6. Allocate manpower accordingly with efficiency of completing the work on time and to be vigilant in forecasting the risk or problems before commencing the work.
7. Prepare pre and postproduction report daily accompanied with necessary documents.
8. Implement improvement measures in productivity, waste reduction and delivery on time, by analysing budgets and continuously control/reduce production costs and identify/rectify waste measures.
9. Propose and manage relevant training to selected production staff with reference to existing or future food manufacturing certification.
10. Manage indiscipline and unproductive departmental staff as per documented factory rules & regulations.
11. Attend internal and external audit for product certification and/or other certifications.
12. Ensure day to day activity meets health, safety, and environmental objectives.
13. To carry out other duties assigned by the Production Engineering Manager, Operation Manager and Managing Director from time to time.
