Job ResponsibilityLife Asia Production support with Smartl-400 : 5+ years
Business Function
o Provide solutions and design for Life/Asia application in order to achieve delivery excellence.
o Analyze root causes, assess impact and provide solution, and data correction.
o Provide data extraction and query reporting services.
o Knowledge interfaces of Life/Asia application with different front end applications through Business Objects and MQ
o At least: LOMA 280/290 certificate and 3 years working in an insurance company, with mastery of the entire contract insurance life cycle (New Business, Receipting, Payment, Policy Alteration, Policy Services, Loan, Fund Switch, Surrenders, Claims, Fully Paid, Maturity, Bonus allowance, Universal Life Deal, Universal Life Interest Dealing, Net Due Financial, Commission, Agent Structure.
Technical Requirements
o A recognized Degree in Computer Science, management information systems or any other equivalent qualification.
o At least 5+ years of relevant experience on SMART/400 and preferably on Life/Asia application.
o Read and trace precedent the logic with SMART/400 programming, Cobol and Life/Asia.
o Understanding of various modules of Life/Asia application from New Business, Receipting, Payment, Policy Alteration, Policy Services, Loan, Lapse Rein, Fund Switch, Surrenders, Partial Surrenders, Claims, Fully Paid, Maturity, Bonus allowance, Universal Life Deal, Universal Life Interest Dealing, Net Due Financial, Commission, Compensation, Agent Persistency
o Hands on experience on Business Objects, Day End Batch and Month-End Batch processing.
o Good team player
