Job Responsibility1. Responsible for daily production operation and manpower arrangement.
2. To ensure production running according to planning to meet the project delivery date on time.
3. To check the quantity and quality of raw materials and products produced to determine acceptance and or denial of each.
4. Have adequate sight, hearing and use of climbs to safely operate all powered vehicles. I.e. tools, forklifts, machine equipment
5. Stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling capabilities to handle job requirements such as operating, cleaning or packaging equipment & products.
6. To take care of stuffing into the container and able to drive forklift when required
7. To perform machine maintenance according to schedule.
8. Work with vendor and supplier to solve issues in production.
9. To ensure all the logistic activities comply with procedures and policy
10. To record the raw material movement and perform stock count as required.
11. To practice the 5S excises to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the production floor.
12. To train, lead and coach the subordinate in departmental functions and technical knowledge.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidates must posses at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Willing to learn and work overtime.
