Job Responsibility1. Organise and allocate the machine operators to carrying out the daily tasks.
2. Check and maintain good housekeeping in production, glove storage area, and factory premises.
3. Provide on job training to Machine operators to comply with the work instruction or standard operating procedure.
4. Report to Production Executive for problems that cannot be resolved.
5. Attend the problems encounter by subordinates (both product quality and worker's problems).
6. Take necessary action to solve the problem that arises at the production lines.
7. Ensure higher production output and low rejection.
8. Ensure sufficient supply of raw material for smooth production.
9. Ensure chiller, chiller pump, hot water pump, air compressor, dust collector, and other related equipment are in good functioning.
10. Conducting the equipment and materials inspection as per checklist.
11. Report to Production Executive on overall production on daily basis.
12. Ensure good housekeeping and proper handling, storage, and preservation of the product at all related areas.
