Job Responsibilityo Manage workforce according to the production plan
o Plan and assign daily duties to workers.
o Responsible to meet daily output, yield and quality target.
o Monitor hourly performance and response with necessary action to meet target
o Ensure daily production figures are correct.
o Escalation points of daily issue from individual lines.
o Ensure workforce are trained to perform their task.
o Identify all issues and suggest for improvements
o Update production reporting
o Update all related production numbers in SAP
o Responsible for disciplinary issues for workers under his charge
o Key person for Stock Take activities.
o Ensure the workforce follow all company rules and regulations
