Job Responsibility

• To work closely with sales team for the schedule planning   
• To fully utilize the machine and equipment    
• To monitor production flow closely and ensure IT is being carried out in line with company and regulatory requirement
• To monitor workers' performance     
• To ensure all machine and equipment are in good condition on daily basis 
• To ensure the cleanliness of the production area    
• To ensure the production downtime is kept to a minimum   
• To review the production flow and try to identify areas for improvements 

Job Requirements

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Production Related Field or Food Technology
• At Least 3 years' experience in the same industry and similar role (Preferably in Instant Coffee, Instant Tea and Non-Dairy Creamer)
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skill
• Excellent Planning Skill
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (Fluently), English & Bahasa Malaysia
