Job ResponsibilityResponsibility:
1. To ensure overall inventory level are maintained at optimum levels and no over-stocking or under-stocking.
2. To ensure committed shipment date are delivery to customer on time.
3. To check and ensure purchase cost are according from budget plan.
4. To prepare weekly production schedule and overtime plan .
5. To ensure new received PO's respond to customer on time.
6. To ensure PR raise respond time in within five working days.
7. Follow up with purchasing and ensure purchased material are deliver on time .
8. To update purchased items at tracking record.
9. Continuous support to ISO 13485 and internal QMS.
10. Enhance continual improvement on material planning and cost efficiency from time to time.
11. Understanding and follow Production SOP-021 ,21 CFR 820 Quality System Regulation and Quality Management systems (EN ISO 9001:2015).
12. Other task assigned by superior time to time.
