Job Description
Job Responsibility
Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
Dealing with customer requests and providing quotations.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly sales report
Services the existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Focuses sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and merchandising techniques.
Resolves customer complaints and provides after-sales service.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
Malaysian
Candidate must able converse in Mandarin, Malay and English
With Own transport
Willing to travel, willing to learn, responsible, aggressive, discipline.
Can work without supervision, initiative, good ethics and behavior
Able to start immediately or within short notice
