Perform the task and job description assigned by working foreman to meet the production schedule, product quality, safety and housekeeping. It can be an exciting rule and could be allow to operate approved hand machinery to completed the task given.
JOB DESCRIPTION
General operative duties in this instance could include:
Prepare the tooling for winder to run the production according to schedule given.
To collect and get ready the resin during the winding process for pipe and fitting production.
To ensure the tooling to be heat/transfer in the oven before production.
To transfer the pipe and fitting into post cure oven after wind.
To ensure all tooling standby must be clean and maintain in good operating condition. Any damage or hiccup must be report immediately to foreman or supervisor for further action.
To comply with all safety, housekeeping and health procedure at work or premise.
Any others duties assign by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum SPM Qualification or equivalent.
This role required you to work on rotating shifts.
Able to work overtime (if required).
Average command of English.
Possess own transport.
