Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities & Authorities:
? Develops production schedules in conjunction with the Managing Director, plans, directs and assigns duties for manufacturing personnel; schedules and authorizes overtime as necessary to meet production schedules.
? Recruits, hires and trains employees on manufacturing functions; conducts safety orientations and meetings; assures that established policies and procedures are followed.
? Coordinates with the Quality & Engineering Department for development of manufacturing methods processes, tooling and necessary to produce new products.
? Reviews and implements engineering change notices as appropriate; updates manufacturing documentation including PMP documents.
? Troubleshoots any production problems; assures that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained for efficient production; reports any process or equipment problems to Managing Director.
? Performs other manufacturing duties as required.To comply and participate in all ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO/TS 16949, HS& E and other legal legislation related activities.
Job Competency: Education, Skill, Knowledge & Training
? Tertiary education or equivalent with 10 years of experience in similar position.
? Must have strong communications, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
? Able to work independently but must have a team spirit.
