Job Responsibility1. Planning of production and delivery schedule, arrangement/purchase of material, control of wastage, manpower arrangement and machinery.
2. Ensure production plan and activity meets project and client deadline.
3. Plan, prepare schedule of material requirements and administer overall production master schedule.
4. Reporting on actual production vs targets and forecasting of action plan to any shortfall.
5. Inspect and monitor daily work activity production line including worker's daily work and overtime
6. Overall in charge of Supervisors and all activities under his project.
7. Prepare and maintain all production and inventory records.
8. Work closely & liaises with cross-fictional team and clients on production and project progress, addresses any issues raised.
9. Control of environmental, occupational health & safety, housekeeping, waste management, manpower and overtime of staff and workers.
10. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
