Job ResponsibilityDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. PLANNING AND SCHEDULING
Optimize resources such as manpower, materials and machines
Ensure the semi finish products to be sent to the succeeding department on schedule
Ensure the raw materials and tools are sufficient and available
2. QUALITY CONTROL
Ensure the product's quality is within specification, time given and planned recovery before sending to the succeeding department
Ensure the persisting quality problem is solved and would not arise in the future
3. MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
Train up the subordinates to carry out duties effectively
Motivate subordinates to achieve the goals
Identify the strength of each subordinates and delegate jobs to the suitable subordinates
4. MAINTENANCE AND HOUSEKEEPING
Ensure the subordinates carry out basic maintenance jobs
5. REPORTS
Reports to be sent on time and accurate
Reports should be analyzed and input should be given
Be prepared and write down the reasons and explanations its the indicator is below expectation
