Job ResponsibilityPreferable Diploma/Degree holder in Polymer Science
Have at least 1 year experience in Glove manufacturing process.
Assist in managing staff attendance, working schedule and relevant arrangement.
Assist in managing chemical purchase, preparation, inventory and movement based on schedule plan.
Plan and consolidate activities of overall production plan.
Involve in production reports.
Involve in departmental KPI action plan.
Assist in establishment of procedure and work instruction for departmental management and operation purpose.
Assist in managing relevant consumables, chemicals and product stocks according to inventory control plan.
Ensure machines and facilities are operated and maintained within standard requirement.
Adhere and liase on assigned projects and assignment
Assist in 5S, safety, costing saving and continuous improvement project and action plan.
Verify every checklist, form and record established.
Other relevant task or job assigned by superior.
