Job Responsibility- Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
- Develop process improvement to effectiveness utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
- Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
- Identify unsafe operation and environment regulation for employee.
- Establish safety procedures and environmental regulation for employee.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
- Frequently evaluate current production activities and make recommendation for improvement.
- Provide training and guideline to team members to accomplish production goal.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
