Responsibilities:
1. Plan and monitor manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Drive to meet KPI targets set forth by the management.
3. Evaluate current production activities and liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
4. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
5. Plan and coordinate production processes to meet production schedule, safety and quality standards.
6. Provide engineering support for production, preventive maintenance and calibration activities to ensure maximum production.
7. Develop / update standard operating procedure (SOP), operating instructions (OI) and equipment speci-fications for production activities.
8. Train, supervise and manage production line operators to accomplish production goals, standard re-quirement, work competency and discipline.
9. Responsible to provide IPC-620 CIS training as a certified CIT.
10. Investigate customer complaint, analyze root causes and derive resolutions to Corrective Action Report (CAR/ICAR).
11. Review, evaluate and determine the proper disposition of nonconforming material in Material Review Board (MRB).
12. Develop and implement control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired re-sults.
13. Responsible for handling chemical and schedule waste follow Safety, Health and Environmental regula-tions & procedure and ERT evacuation team for Cable department.
14. Up keeping production staffs training records and Skill Matrix in timely manner.
15. Follow and adhere to company rules and regulations, quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies
