Job ResponsibilityRESPONSIBILITY
1. Develop Quality Control Plan and other required control procedures of the process to ensure work in progress and finish goods meets customers' requirement.
2. Set up the general requirements for QA specifications and standards for materials, processes as well as finished products.
3. Implement quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams.
4. Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
5. Leads and assists in investigations including product complaint follow up.
6. Work with production to solve customer product issues.
7. Improve and update quality standard to meet requirement of ISO9001.
8. To train subordinates on process, quality standard and testing procedures.
9. Review and audit execution conformance.
10. To coordinate necessary testing or trial production.
11. To liaise with subcontractor on quality related issues.
12. To undertake any duties assigned by superior.
RESPONSIBILITY
1. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
2. Able to work on your own and as a team member;
3. Possess good analytic skill.
4. Ability to use QC measurement tools;
5. Ability to use QC analysis tools to monitor and improve quality control;
6. Knowledge of engineering drawings.
