Job Responsibilityo To perform injection moulding machine operation and troubleshooting.
o Know how to set parameter in Plastic Injection Machine
o To perform mould set up and down when necessary.
o To perform mould cleaning when needed.
o Responsible for new mold trial and qualifications.
o Responsible for establish the standard of moulding condition and ensure process consistency.
o Troubleshoot process difficulties on daily basis and support production
o Work on continual improvement projects to improve efficiencies and reduce scrap
o Maintain engineering database and documentation as required
o Work closely with all related departments, eg. R&D, QA, Engineering, Assembly & etc
