Job Responsibility1) Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
2) Any other adhoc responsibilities or duties which assigned by the immediate superior.
3) Strong communication skills.
4) Assists in the development of the Operations Guide. Compiles documentation of operations; assists with implementation of procedures and policies.
5) Compiles daily, weekly, monthly reports through system.
6) Office clerks are responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting and support of business operations within a department.
7) To maintain 5S and safety in warehouse and logistics activities
8) Others- as and when required by Management
