Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o Ensure the production plan is aligned with material to ensure maximum efficiency
o Plan and prepare production schedule according to sales forecast or customer order
o Material requirements planning and requisition
o Monitor and follow up production against production planned
o Communicate and coordinate with Production team and other related departments (e.g. Warehouse, Sales & Marketing) regularly to ensure smooth flow of production process in order to achieve production output goals and requirements.
Requirements:
o Minimum Degree in any field.
o Minimum 1 year working experience in similar capacity is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
o Computer literate and has knowledge of MS Office.
o Good communication skills, able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
o Possess an analytical mindset, good at interpreting data and figures is an added advantage.
o Self-starter, fast learner, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
