Job Responsibility1. Key in order when receive sales order from Marketing
2. Monitor and follow up daily production output with each department (blow/injection/labeling/mixing), and ensure relevant report is filled and completed
3. Key in output data, review production efficiency, and verify with direct supervisor for any N/C found in report
4. Ensure daily production output meet targeted output
5. Prepare the production label and distribute to operator based on daily production plan; to recall expired production label from operator
6. Ensure all machine running on time in accordance with daily production plan and report to planning executive/GM for any N/C found (delay/breakdown/not running, etc)
7. To report, follow up and update the status if any major machinery breakdown
8. Stimulate and monitor the effective allocation of operator on each workplace (no idle, no excess manpower, attendance, etc)
9. Proper filing and keeping the monthly report for sales order and production.
10. Responsible to maintain proper and accurate documentations for audit trace.
11. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
