Job ResponsibilityJob Descriptions
o Completes production plan by scheduling, accomplishing work results, monitoring progress, resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow on production, ensure quantity & quality are in control manner.
o Manage and supervise a production team consisting of skilled operators to meet the department's output, quality and cycle time targets.
o Check with work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks.
o Implement coordination in the workflow with all leaders including the preparation and usage of packaging materials and carton follow proper procedures
o Plan daily shift objectives and goals as part of productivity and continuous improvement
o Communicate handing/taking over duties/issues between shifts.
o Communicating and liaise with Management, Planning and Maintenance on daily production issues.
o Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment & resources, chemical, sanitizer, maintaining compliance with established policies, procedures and FSSC 22K standards including personal hygiene.
o Check inner block expiry date, investigate and report all incidents.
o To do record or review packing/cleaning & sanitation/running table/seasoning & printing batch number.
o Monitor environmental cleaning. Willing to learn basic machine repair as when necessary
o Monitor workers on site during production activities to minimize machines downtime.
o Check record of wastage, rejected & on-hold product.
o Send all the records to QC for checking/verification. Meeting with operators twice a week.
o Operators' career development through coaching and on-the-job training.
o Create and maintain a harmonious and safe working environment that instils teamwork, commitment and ownership in the team.
o Work to create a culture of learning and sharing of Best-Known Methods to simplify procedures and process flows.
o Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager as and when is needed.
Job Requirements
o Candidate must possess at least Diploma n STPM or equivalent Diploma or minimum 1-3 years in FMCG & Food Manufacturing industry
o Candidate must possess at minimum Secondary School/ Diploma or minimum 2-3 years factory production experienced
o Require language (s): Fluent Bahasa Malaysia, Simple English and good basic computer knowledge
o Experienced in people /supervisory management skill e.g., training/ coaching/ motivation to operators (if available added advantage Self-motivated with problem-solving & troubleshooting skills. ((if available added advantage)
o Ability to work independently & Open to working shift and overtime (when require)
o Able to handle multiple priorities/tasks efficiently
