Job ResponsibilityI. To liaise with related departments to formulate objectives and understand requirements
II. To monitor workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
III. To control usage of tools, equipment and material
IV. To track products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
V. To supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
VI. To monitor output and ensure output meets quality standards
VII. To monitor subordinates (direct report) on related issues (attendance, safety, etc.)
VIII. To enforce health and safety precautions in production workspace (regular inspection, etc.)
IX. To prepare monthly report (output, tools, maintenance, issues, etc.)
X. To approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
XI. Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
XI. To manage ad hoc tasks assigned
