2. To ensure Machine operators maintain their levels of duties in their respective responsibilities.
3. To ensure Standard Operating Procedures are closely adhered to at all times.
4. To conduct continuation of On-Job Training to ensure a competent workforce.
5. To ensure ISO 13485 policy and documentation are strictly adhered to at all times.
6. To ensure strict personal hygiene, good housekeeping and industrial safety standard are enforced on all personnel and work environment.
7. Constantly upgrading of personal skills to keep abreast with the latest development and technology applicable to our products, machines, equipment, chemicals, and raw materials.
8. To oversee the effectiveness of Productivity and Quality.
9. To control the workforce in production areas.
10. To enhance the effectiveness of On-Job Training.
11. To assist in upgrading and improvement of resource utilization.
12. Acting as ERT and Safety, Health & Environmental (S.H.E) committee member.
