Job Responsibility Description We are looking for a Product Manager to direct product development and ensure high return on investment (ROI.) You'll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. If you're also confident and have a knack for knowing what ideas will and won't work, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision - Research, analyze, and propose new ideas that will improve our products and customer experiences. - To set a middle to long term vision and strategy for the Company's products. - Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products - Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps - Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule - Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision - Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users - Create an inspirational environment with open communication culture
Requirements - Bachelor's degree from reputable universities. Background in Computer Science, Engineering or Technology is a plus. - Minimum 4 years of working experience in Product Management. - Deep understanding of Agile methodology and hands-on experience. - Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills as well as problem solving skills using Innovative and creative ways. - Excellent leadership and managerial skills. - Data Driven. - Solid verbal and written communication skills in English. - Self-driven and eager to learn. - Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
