We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product vision and create a roadmap that delivers high quality, world class, shopping experiences. In this role you will work closely with our Development teams, Product Managers, Marketers, and UI/UX Designers to build and roll out products that deliver and improve business metrics. You will report to the Head of Development and work from our Damansara Heights office, 3 days out of a week.
You will add significant value through
Driving product development from concept to launch and operate in a fast-paced setting.
Test concepts in the market, quickly learn and iterate for the next release.
Be outcome-focused by defining, tracking and communicating product goals.
Engage senior management to align on product vision, strategy, and execution plans.
Prioritise initiatives and deliver within an Agile framework.
Provide clear visibility of your team's roadmap and key results.
Ensure continuous delivery of value to end customers and our business.
Have a passion for data driven decision-making while dealing with ambiguity.
Collaborate well with colleagues from diverse functional backgrounds, different organisation levels and multiple geographic locations.
Work hands-on with developers, designers, operations to deliver product features that meet or exceed customer expectations.
What are we looking for
5+ years experience as a Product Manager in an Agile environment.
Outstanding communicator who can translate data into compelling customer narratives.
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background understanding and/or hands-on experience in web development and web technologies
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
