Job Description
Job Responsibility
Initial training/probation period for 3 months with a salary of RM2,000.00. After confirmation, salary of RM2,200 is offered.
Then another 6 months of further observation of assemby quality to ensure defects free of assembly with consistency during the 6 months period. After passed 6 months with excellent quality control (zero defects), candidate will become a specialist.
Right after advanced work contract will be offered with high specialist allowance, 10% per annum salary increment, annual bonus and other benefits.
Job Requirements
Fast learning ability to memorise hundreds of fittings shape and parts code.
Ability to fast learn quick hand skill to assemble a product according to engineering drawing.
Ability to strictly monitor quality of assembly with excellent attention to detail to the specification.
Preference will be given to holder of Diploma of Automotive Engineering, or fresh graduate, holder of Bachelor of Aircraft Engineering Degree (Mechanical) of UniKL (MIAT). All of our current specialists are MIAT graduates.
