Job Description


Job Responsibility
oProvide quality customer services support via telephone, email and self-service requests and issues

oExecute and administer day-to-day service request fulfilment related to access management and common services

oFollowing and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

o0 - 5 years working experience in ICT Technical Support, specifically in Service Desk/Contact Centre.

oBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

oGraduate in Business administration or Finance, Procurement

oAny recognized IT Industry Certification is preferred

oLanguage: English and Bahasa Malaysia in spoken & written.

oWork arrangement will be onsite and offsite (example: Work from home - candidate must have stable internet connectivity - own arrangement)

Job Types: Full-time,

Salary: From RM3,500.00 per month
