Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- To handle all the incoming invoice from supplier and End User.
- To liaise with End User regarding submission invoice in Purchasing system must be tally with Purchase Order amount.
- To update all the incoming Purchase Order client in the Procurement Track Record.
- To ensure all the documents and Procurement filing up to date as per IMS Requirement.
- To update all the LTSA agreement supplier and clients.
- Work closely with Finance Account Department regarding payment purpose.
- Assist other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent are encourage to apply.
- At least 1 year of working experience on Administration or any related field is required for this position.
- Good in Public Relations and communication skills.
- Good in Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office and etc).
- Must be responsible, good in time management, team work and committed with task given.
- Can start immediately.
