Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible for sourcing selecting and negotiation with suppliers to strive for best price and delivery time
Respond to supplier inquiries
Responsible for the preparation and to process purchase orders, invoices and other related documents
Perform price benchmarking and suppliers analysis
Build strong relationship with suppliers
To organize proper filing system for department
To ensure all invoices will receive on time and attach together with the delivery orders & purchase orders before passing IT to the accounts department
To perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Posses at least Diploma/Advanced in Purchasing & Supply Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge in computer application, Microsoft Office
Well-versed in standard procurement process and procedure
