A Admin Procurement works closely with internal teams as well as suppliers and clients to purchase the most needed products and improve procurement processes.
Job Description
To implement superior's plans/instructions and ultimately to attain the purchasing department objectives/targets
Liaison with Group Procurement division on all big item purchase and negotiation procedure
Responsible for the quality of items purchased are meet to the company product requirements
Manage and control procurement of raw material, pricing and expedite within planned schedule for effective purchasing and cost control
To coordinate with R& D Department on development of new component/ re source for existing component for cost reduction target
Responsible for all purchase Cost Reduction Program & manage on Quotation Analysis on high value & large volume items
Manage and control various department purchases and ensure purchases are negotiated and carried out counter- measure & preventive action for purchases problems and complaints
Comply with company policy and rules in order to comply with government and industrial requirements.
Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.
Requirement
Candidate must possess Degree / Diploma in Procurement or its equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage for the position.
Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment
Responsible, meticulous, and possess a good working attitude
