Job Responsibility1. To monitor and control procurement activity with ethical manner and all procurements staffs to meet the expectations.
2. To plan and support department activities based on department and company KPI.
3. To fit with all procurement functions such as supplier assessment (capability & capacity), supplier performance, financial aspect/analysis, planning and purchase, manage and monitor supplier delivery, supplier risk management and associated material procurement and to achieve department and company's KPI.
4. Accountable for the performance of the Individual Performance Management System (PMS).
5. To support achievement of Department Performance Management System (PMS).
