Job Responsibilityo Assist Procurement Manager to ensure all supplies meets requirement as needed by requestor
o Assist marine operations in logistics and supply activities to ensure vessel's run in smooth.
o Assist in preparing the technical recommendation in any bid assessment report and as approve key review stages throughout the procurement process.
o Assist in preparing and process purchase orders and purchase requisitions, and maintain documentation of the acquisition of goods.
o Assist in developing/creating strategy of purchasing by applying appropriate methods used in common industries.
o Assist to ensure company management system ISO9001-2015 being always applied and updated. Inclusive of 5's system housekeeping.
o Assist in controlling expenditure and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
o Assist in managing and controlling PMS System onboard
o Assist in managing and controlling company budget for vessel spares
