Job Responsibility1. Managing company procurement and sourcing of equipment and products.
2. Ensuring adequate supplies of parts and equipment are available for distribution and managing suppliers' no-stock-out situation.
3. Ensuring the smooth operation of import and export activities.
4. Managing transportation/distribution.
5. Manage building and office equipment and maintenance including security, telephone, fax, etc.
6. Monitoring overall performance of the operations department including on-time deliveries, the accuracy of order dispatch, level of shrinkage, spoilage, damage, total transport cost, etc.
7. Undertake other duties assigned or directed by superior from time to time.
8. Ensure compliance with Flowco and the client's HSE processes and procedures.
