Job ResponsibilityRESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To make sure production carry out all production tasks.
2. Ensure that the daily production of individual section is running smoothly and efficiently.
3. Maintain and maximize production output and efficiency through proper planning of manpower, machinery and material.
4. Trouble shoots problems through problems identification, problem analysis and corrective action.
5. Ensure that product quality conforms to all customers specifications.
6. Arrange for proper housekeeping in the production area.
7. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree any field with at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Advantage to have experience in handling paper and plastic packaging products.
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Good Problem-Solving skills.
