Job ResponsibilityResponsibility:
1. Responsible to support production to set up machine / equipment to ensure the parts, WIP and finished goods meets the specification.
2. Provide technical advice and guidance to the production personnel to achieve cost, productivity and quality requirement.
3. To advise and establish production methods for product to achieve optimization of resources.
4. Responsible for product modification review.
5. Responsible for overall quality system in Engineering.
6. Responsible for specifying product quality assurance in terms of product performance, reliability, safety and cost effectiveness of the product.
7. Liaise with customers on any product design requirements.
8. Responsible for machine / equipment / tool recommendations, purchase, installation, commissioning and to ensure function and capability are maintained.
9. Establish a Manufacturing System for Production Procedures, Operator's Instructions, Process Control Instructions, Machine Set Up and Tooling Lists for Production use.
10. Responsible to support production to set up machines / equipment to ensure the parts, work-in-progress and finished products meet the specification.
11. Troubleshoot machine / equipment malfunction to establish the necessary corrective actions to ensure suitability for production.
12. To establish production methods for products and to prepare preliminary Production Quality Plan, Operation Instructions, Process Control Instructions, Machine Set Up Instructions and Tooling Lists.
Qualification:
1. Master/Bachelor's Degree in Electronic engineering or 2 years of relevant working experience.
2. Knowledge of computer is needed - Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
3. Able to work in a team as well as independently.
4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
