Job ResponsibilityRESPONSIBILITIES
o Liaise with other support groups for Process issues and participate in the problem solving/ improvement activities.
o Maintain and carry out improvements projects to enhance individual product dept target set.
o Take lead in ensuring product material quality within specifications and liaise with SQE for any quality issue arises.
o Define and establish product configuration and process flow/control.
o Setting and maintaining of the assembly process and procedures.
o Participate in the new product assembly setup and transfer activities.
o Participate in the product EOL activities.
o Attend internal ISO audits and other audits if required.
o Conduct SBR/FN/ pilot build and daily line NCMR disposition.
o Conduct certification of operators and assembly /equipment.
o Support in carrying out evaluation for First Article run.
o Perform assessment on ESH hazard and aspects. Establish risk control measures to mitigate accidents and injuries. Exert effort to reduce usage of hazardous material to mitigate the pollution, accidents, and injuries.
o Ensure Product line scrap cost is within Department's set target
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Engineering with 3-5 years experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4 -6 years experience in the relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or work experience.
