Job ResponsibilityA) Production
1. To run production to ensure the product quality consistently meeting specification.
2. Provide improvement solution to enhance product quality and maximize production output.
3. Undertake any new product trial or qualification of new product, monitor and feedback the progress or results to the immediate supervisor.
4. Prepare, validate, and complete manufacturing documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy of every production run.
5. Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules for repair/maintenance.
6. Respond to breakdowns and improve the stability of operation performance via systematic preventive maintenance planning.
7. Ensure timely execution of projects and initiate troubleshooting and countermeasures on any defective quality discrepancies.
8. Introduce effective ways to manage, monitor, plan and control of general engineering spare parts, instrumentations and consumables.
9. Compile data and documents that are related to quality issues for troubleshooting and decision-making purposes.
10. Comply the implemented safety rules and regulations.
11. Investigate production and process issues providing technical support and training.
12. Fully commit to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established in the department.
13. Other assigned duties by superior or management from time to time.
B) R&D Laboratory
1. To participate / involve in developing new products in internal in-house laboratory and conducting various types of chemical testing (gloves related) in the laboratory, by using Robotic Simulator and various types of equipment.
2. To prepare report of the tasks conducted in in-house laboratory to supervisor.
3. To present the results of the task conducted in the lab to the team in weekly meeting.
C) Compliance
1. Responsible for quality compliance and adhering to ISO9001 standard, 5S housekeeping and communicate with local authorities on required safety, health, and environmental regulatory compliances and DOE (Department of Environment) for the lab and production line.

o Fresh graduate with degree in mechanical / chemical / process / polymer engineering.

o Comfortable working multiple projects with tight deadlines.
o Has own transport to travel locally in West Malaysia.
