Job ResponsibilityRESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and control online process parameter to ensure product physical properties and product quality maintained.
Do research on improving quality and productivity given by top management
Assist production and R&D department to troubleshoot any quality issue happen online.
Develop process control strategies and standards to improve operational efficiency.
Implement and monitor the changes of the process control system in a timely and accurate manner.
Work with production team to implement process control models, strategies and other methods for ensuring quality output.
Assure process documentation is regularly developed and maintained.
Provide reports on specific operating results or activities as indicated.
In charge of current process performance on quality.
Responsible for new process development and capability.
Monitor process change control.
Other assigned duties are required.
REQUIREMENTS:-
Candidate must posses at least Diploma or above in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Chemistry or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry.
Independent and result oriented with good communication skills.
Strong analytical & interpersonal skills.
Highly responsible & dynamic.
