Job Responsibility

• Read and understand the work order requirement in terms of raw materials (film rolls), cylinder code.
• Ensure cylinders are arranged according to the unit station with the correct eye mark position.
• Ensure that the cylinder is cleaned before storage.
• Ensure the cylinder is correctly installed at the unit station.
• Install rolls to the unwinder.
• Check treatment level before startup.
• Prepare filters, ink pump, ink pan covers, and containers.
• Prepare paper core for rewinder and unload the printed rolls.
• Prepare, fix doctor blades into the holders, and fix the position on the cylinder.
• Any other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess at least SPM, certificate or vocational.
• Candidate that have at least 1-3 years working experience welcome to apply.
• Ensure the information from the work order matches film rolls.
• Print labels for finished goods and ensure proper placement
• Fill up the checklist (print viscosity, printed roll, and printed sample quality)
• Conduct job changeover on the machine.
• Involve in preventive maintenance activities.
