Job Responsibility

• Responsible for providing first Level Support for PCs / Note Books / HP Printers / Copiers / Multifunction

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification - Diploma/Certificates in any IT Related field
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a network environment (added advantage)
• Candidates who has experience on PCs/Laptop, Network, Printer Service knowledge will be given priority
• Strong Inter-Personal Skills will be an added advantage
• Candidates who are able to start work will be given priority.
• Fresh graduate with related knowledge on above are welcome.
• Knowledge on the following skills will be an added advantage
• Format Desktop PC/Laptop (Windows XP, Windows 7, Window 8, Windows 10)
• Windows Repair/Troubleshoot
• Office / Home Network Setup
• Computer upgrade (Upgrade Hard Disk and Upgrade Memory)
