Job ResponsibilityCoordinate and manage planning activities in plant operations.
Plan and generate PR for parts and raw material purchase based on forecast
Monitor and handling goods receiving for material and non-materials and delivery schedule.
Monitor customer forecast, inventory, customer demand (daily) and production requirement in planning operations.
Coordinate and monitor production inventory and stock inventory.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet targeted outputs.
Commit and strive to meet performance indicator (KPI) set by superior.
The bottom line is to do whatever needs to be done to help the team and deliver the products to our customer.
Assist and managed SI, B/L, packing list, DO, marine insurance purchase and other related export documents for export cargos.
Plan & coordinate internal quality audit & supplier audit
Comply with company policies, procedures, quality and environmental aspect accordingly.
Any other task assigned by superior when necessary
