Job Responsibility

• Liase with Main Contractor
• To manage payment certificate, issue certificate delay, Extension Time(EOT)/ Certificate Practical Completion (CPC), Certificate Making Good Defects (CMGD)
• To ensure all works carried out by subcontractors are in accordance to requirements of the main contract and subcontract.
• To manage cost negotiation with suppliers/consultants as well liaising aspects of tender and contract which includes preparing of tender and attend
• To monitor on amendments and changes to the scope of works and conditions of contract, variation orders and extension of time.
• To review, evaluate and make recommendations on tenders and quotations submitted by subcontractors and suppliers.
• To prepare and review contract documents for involved projects
• Responsible in preparing monthly progress claim for involved projects
• Attend meetings with consultants/contractors and site meetings when required

Job Requirements

• Candidate must  at least posses min a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Candidate with 1 - 2 years related working experience will be preferable.
• Required Skill(s): MS Office, good in measurement in the drawings.
• Able to study & understand construction drawing.
• Applicants must be willing to travel and have own transport.
• Good attitude, team player, self-motivated and able to meet deadline.
